Adoption: Files created by the UHarc format are only supported on Windows based systems. However, UHA allows users to create smaller archives than the RAR format does but due to the higher compression ratio, a UHA archive can take longer to decompress than an archive created using the RAR compression format. The UHA file compressing format is often said to be similar to the RAR format. Thus, this compression format reduces the amount of disk space that the files may take up in a hard drive and it also makes them more manageable and convenient to transfer in different ways. This archive is always smaller in size than the original files. The Encoding Algorithm: The algorithm enables creating a single archive that contains several large files. Files that have the UHA extension in their filename are primarily associated with the UHarc compression format. UHA files mostly belong to UHARC by Uwe Herklotz.
